We are glad to inform you that in your Personal Account, in the “My Orders” section, you have the opportunity to track all of the steps of your order's delivery.
To get information about your order, you need:
1) Go to My office, then Orders, and then My orders. You will see all of your orders.
2) Choose the order you are interested in (if you have a lot of orders, you can see the order by clicking on its number in the first column).
3) In the Shipment column, click on the digital number. Additional information on your order will be provided.
4) Click on Shipment ID, and you will see the complete delivery information for your order (delivery date, current status, delivery address, storage period, etc.).
