Active ingredients
Composition: instant coffee, polydextrose (carrier), coconut pulp extract, a complex of extracts (cordyceps extract, reishi extract, chaga extract (birch mushroom)), flavors, calcium 3-substituted orthophosphate (antislacking agent), sucralose (sweetener), steviolglycosides (sweetener).
May contain traces of milk, soy and celery.
Warnings:
Individual intolerance of ingredients. The product contains natural caffeine. Not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation, for children under 18 as well as people who suffer from irritability, insomnia and high blood pressure. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Cooking methods:
Option 1. Dilute 1 stick (8 g) in 200 ml of hot water (+ 80°C), whipping vigorously in a closed container (shaker) until all components have dissolved.
Option 2. Dilute 1 stick (8 g) in 200 ml of hot water (+ 80°C), stirring intensively in a cup until all components are completely dissolved.
Recommended daily dose: 1-3 sticks per day, preferably in the morning.
